Word of advice: if you need to get things done (roof, PV) don't be afraid to get on your Loan Officer. Mine was really busy so I had to keep calling her and emailing her to make sure that my stuff was getting pushed through and completed ASAP so we could get things done when the PV company had an availability.

I haven't utilized any of their other service there, but for those loans, they can't be beat! The customer service is great.
Incompetent notary public
I think it's a pretty sweet deal. You can save the money say, from the money saved from your reduced electric bill and put that towards your loan (or better yet, a high interest bearing savings account). Then once you get the money back from the tax breaks, pay that towards the loan (or save it). And then finally, before the 24 months is up (if applicable pay what you were saving to the loan and) take the remaining balance to a lower APR loan.
Right now, this place I think is the best place to get a PV loan. We also got our Re-Roof loan with them as well. If you use their partner contractors, you can qualify to get the 24 month 0% APR with no monthly payments and no penalty to pay off early. After that I think the APR is currently 6.99%.
