If you like riding bikes, don't hesitate to rent one from these folks. Electric assist changed the game from me, made it much more enjoyable rather than brutally hard. Mike was a solid guy to talk to and get recommendations from.
I don't Ussually write reviews but these guys definitely deserve a 5 star rating for there customer service and prices! Very helpful, great attitude, and stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Will be coming back for another bike!
Great experience at Ebikes Hawaii. Knowledgeable staff, attractive selection of e-bikes, including mid-drive models, high end models that go faster, and folding bikes. Wasn't sure about what e-bikes were about until I took a test ride, they're so fun! Recommend this bike shop to anyone in Kapolei who is looking for alternate form of transportation.
Was on vacation and found their ebike shop and rental service to be excellent. Supporting local shops like this is very important. Definitely go see them if you are in the area.
