I used in the summer of 2016. It is convenient in the resort, but the location is difficult to understand, and I had a hard time finding it. Even though my GPS was reserved 4 months ago, the staff said, "The GPS is already gone today. Come to pick up tomorrow." There were no apologies and no refund of the fee. It took 4 times longer to go to the supermarket in the night because there was no GPS.
Slow as hell. Takes + 1 hr to pick the car. No staff, only one person says you "everyone listen, it will take 15mins each of you to get your cars, i am working alone".. I would never use Alamo if they werent the only one presently ripping off at Disney resort Aulani...
Check your car carefully. We had no windshield water so had a streaked windshield half the journey whilst we prayed for rain. Also the back window on one side didn't close fully so our belongings weren't safe. Other issues too. They said "yes that happens sometimes" to all the things. Not an acceptable response for a top company. Zero apology received.
We had 2 rental experiences on this trip. On the first one, there was a waiting line to process the paperwork and it took a while to get the car brought up. It seemed like an extra set of hands (and legs!) would have been helpful. However, it couldn't have been more convenient, both cars were great and everyone was pleasant. All in all, a good experience and I'd rent from Alamo again.
