Seems really big from the outside but I prefer the set up at Pearlridge and Ala Moana locations more.

I just wanted to go this route in thanking Men's sales associate Louie who always makes me feel welcomed when I'm in there browsing/shopping. On Wednesday he really went out of his way to accommodate my needs as I wanted to know the size of a marked down shirt on a mannequin--he literally brought down the mannequin from its display just so that I could see if it was a small that I needed. In a previous visit I was complaining to him that the clearance would sell a lot better if they had size markers to distinguish sizes and make it more shopper friendly. To my surprise he remembered me on a future visit and told me that he heard me and that now it was sized. Good job, bro! I come from a retail background and I know hard a job it is to keep everyone coming back.
Macy's Kapolei looks like any old Macy's from the outside. But when I walked in it was obvious that it was the newest store on the island. Everything was shining and sparkling. The displays are perfect and eye catching. The floors are as beautiful as the first day the store opened. Hats off to the manager of this store.
I'm very satisfied with this Macy's and will continue shopping here.
My wife had to buy a few cosmetic items. As soon as she walked up to the counter she was met by a very nice associate who helped her immediately. The transaction was processed and this gave us ample time to walk around and look at the rest of the store.
