Honestly, just go to target and buy the same product for cheaper and you won't have to deal with predatory lenders.
The Pier One store and workers itself are fine and nice, however...
Since my large purchase I've already bought more stems for the holidays. So now I need to undo my current arrangement so I could bring all the stems I purchased that one day for the manager to count and determine if I basically STOLE the damn things. That was the ONLY SOLUTION GIVEN TO ME AT THE STORE, TO BRING THEM TO THE STORE SO I CAN PROVE I BOUGHT THEM. OUTRAGEOUS solution for a mistake I didn't make. Therefore I am inconvenienced during the holidays for a mistake they made. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHAMEFUL MANAGER.
2.) DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sign up for their credit card! Pier One should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with a predatory lender (commenity bank)
Nice variety of home and garden furniture. Kind of pricey.
Smaller store so it doesn't have as much as the one in Pearl City.
1.) The goods are extremely overpriced
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not plan on going back to this store for a measly $14 return to my PIER 1 credit card. I'll just make do with my 2 extra stems. I'd rather drive OUT OF MY WAY to another PIER 1 even if I live much closer to this one.
All the stems I wanted to return but were on the receipt except for two. I guess the saleslady was also overwhelmed by the amount of flowers she decided to take a shortcut and scan one stem multiple times, even if it was for a different color/different item# as long as it was the same price.
The manager at this store decided since I can't PROVE I bought those stems since its not listed, I NEEDED TO BRING MY ENTIRE ARRANGEMENT BACK TO THE STORE SO THEY COULD COUNT ALL OF THEM!
GO TO TARGET I used to enjoy shopping at this Pier 1 Imports. Today I was under the gun to set up my dining room before family arrives in 2 days. Went into this store, and nobody greeted me. No worker approached me for a solid 10 minutes, and the place was dead. I asked about their large rugs, artwork, coasters... one worker was somewhat helpful looking up rugs on the computer, but they just pointed to the vicinity of the art corner. I asked about the coaster selection and the manager told me to just walk around the store. I had my 30 lb toddler in a carrier so that he would not grab and break anything. I had already been walking around the place before any worker had approached me. I wanted a worker to be more specific with me as to their selection. Long story short, the worker told me to go to TJ Max or Ross or Target. Well, I went to Target, and couldn't be happier with how my dining room turned out. All for a fraction of what I wanted to spend. I still need to pick up some decorative items for the table, but I'm sure target has my back.
Manager basically accused me of stealing. I had to return two stems of an extremely large arrangement of flowers in a vase/pitcher. I believe there were over 10 hydrangea flowers and handful of another greenery. It looked great in the store which is why I purchased the entire arrangement, once I got home it was overwhelmingly too large for my dining table so I "thinned" it down.
