I received a quote and coverage on a new house in October 2013. I received a cancellation letter on December 12 without explanation. I called the office the following day in inquire what the issue was. Emailed the letter to Chris as they did not know. Called again early January because I did not here back (left a message). Called again and left a message the day my coverage was canceling. Finally got a hold of them the week after & had to keep calling to find out what was going on (have to talk to underwriters). Canceled for a $7K hail damage claim 3 years ago from the mainland...sorry, nothing we can do.
My paid premiums go when I acted as my own agent? No support nor calls from Mr. Middleton and his staff even after 2 accidents even just to check if we were okay. Horrible service!

Don't try getting auto insurance from them. Waste of money, Go to someone who Will actually Help you. I Got in a CAR accident 2x both of no fault of mine and I literally did all the leg work and follow ups from the tow service to getting my claim(s) process. Where did all
