Their website AND the sign on the front of their shop says alterations, however when we walked in a lady said they do not do alterations and she does Not have a seamstress, she quickly dismissed us and ignored my question regarding the 2nd sign inside the shop indicating alterations. Very rude and unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time or money here.
They ruined a $150 shirt and told me it was my fault... never go here.
Run far far away from this HORRIBLE "establishment." They charged me almost $60 for 3 garments - 2 strapless dresses and 1 over coat. The black strapless dress came back to me with HAIR on it. I had to have them re-do the other dress and coat because it looked like neither of them had been cleaned. The second time I went to pick up my clothing, the dress has been RUINED. The stain is gone, but there are now BLEACH SPOTS all over it!! There is no way to salvage it. The stain on the coat is STILL THERE and I was able to clean it off myself with my thumb nail. I'm so upset I had to pay for this. This was supposed to be my Easter dress, and now it's completely ruined. I feel sick even giving them a poor-fair rating.
They never get your bill right, and consistently overcharge. Will be nice when another laundry comes to Kapolei to compete with them.
I went in to have my dress pants altered; they don't measure. Customer service was no help at all.
