RJ responded promptly to my request for a tow from a busy street to home; the next morning at my request he came again to tow my car to the dealer. He kept in touch with me regarding his arrival time, was early, prompt, polite, and reassuring. PLEASE keep this honest man in business!

For those of you that have a chance to read the response from the owner, he just proved my point :) a professional responsible owner would have tried to resolve the issue. But this owner resorted to name calling and personally attacking someone that was a potential costumer. I wish you the best of luck and may God bless you. These guys are the TRUTH!!! I called from overseas for a friend that was locked out of her car, called these guys up, they gave me a quote and a timeframe, and they showed up 10-15 minutes prior to the time they gave and RJ got the job done efficiently.
