Between the stores performance and corporate’s lack of customer support Papa John’s has become a huge disappointment as a company compared to the way they where when they first started. Papa John’s was my first job as a kid and I remember quality and service being much better
Cheese pizza was absolutely delicious. Much better than Pizza Hut. The order was ready in less than 15mn. It's a bit expensive but it worth it. Pizza are big enough for many meals. It's perfect if you're staying at the Hampton Hotel !
We ordered our pizza totalling 47.14 at 924 pm.... the pizza that got delivered at 10:54 an hour and a half later and it was very cold. This is not acceptable in ANY PIZZA RESTAURANT. I have observed drivers in the parking lot of Papa John's waiting to deliver pizza but instead of doing that they'd rather be on their phone texting and FaceTiming. So when you order online and it tells you 28 to 35 minutes you better add an extra hour for that. I would recommend anybody ordering Papa John's to go to Domino's which may be a little bit more expensive but a lot faster in your pizza will be hot
