The employess were really helpful helping me choose what to eat and they’re super friendly. People have to understand that their FOOD IS MADE TO ORDER. My food came out in 10 mins which wasn’t bad (lunch/dinner rush is always the busiest) and let’s not forget about their cute wall! GREAT FOOD GREAT PEOPLE GREAT VIBES!
Chicken was well worth the wait. Love the spicy chicken wings. So far this is the best chicken wings I've had.
They claim it is Korean style fried chicken that they are serving but it really is not. I am confident about my judgement because I am Korean and I’ve lived in Korea for nearly 20 years experiencing every single fried chicken chains available in Seoul. Pieces we got were barely breaded (very thin) and seasoning that they did was very bland. Soy garlic did not have that sweet garlic taste you would expect from typical gyo-chon type fried chicken but only carried some weak soy sauce flavor. I am willing to spend 30 something bucks for good chicken cuz it is like that as well in Seoul but if they continue to serve the way they are doing now, we are not coming back. Two stars for extremely friendly staff there and a clean place.
It's sad to say that after the long wait to try here it's very disappointing. First of all the wait was an hour in which they said 45 minutes, but it was okay got to enjoy the entertainment before dinner. The second thing the price is jacked up. The taste of the food could have been better too. I spent over $50.00 for two people at a take out. It's all good at least I got to say I tried it here.
This place is yummy! Before moving to Oahu I had a favorite KFC place that had soy garlic wings and when we arrived the first thing I did was research where I could find some! This place is very comparable to what I am use to so I definitely recommend Bonchon for some yummy KFC wings! :) I haven't tried anything else here but I am sure it is yummy as well!
