I would truly like to give a pharmacy clerk "high five" to "Genny D". I work as a customer service representative for years and years.. So I know or how to treat your customers. However Genny that day had gone above and beyond her normal requirements. Since my husband medical had changed, Genny had to make several calls to find my new HMSA subscriber number. And after much researching and speaking to many other reps on the phone, she was able to finally retrieve it. She honestly did not have to go through all this trouble. I have been in somewhat similar situation at another Long pharmacy, and that clerk had just told me to call HMSA and get it myself. I am very grateful for Genny's outstanding and superior customer service. And after much ado Genny was able process my prescriptions, and I was able to go home with my medications. If Genny was not a helpful clerk, i would have gone home without my medications (which i needed especially for my high blood pressure since I had a recent heart attack). So please accept my letter of commendation for Genny D. She is truly an asset to your company.
Fast and friendly service and they always carry the medications that I require if they don't have them they will get it for me
