Company did a faulty repair causing flooding into my neighbors ceiling (Condo). Company not only recharged me to fix their mistake (overtightened a pipe and cracked it), but I also had to pay to fix and repaint my neighbors bathroom.

If you are using them because of your home warranty recommend calling your home warranty and changing vendor.
I never thought I would fall victim to a shady company, but shame on me for choosing them.
He charged us for basically coming out and taking apart our faucet- never fixing the issue. Now we are taking the guy to court.
