My only complain is kind of small. But the employees are fine, the facilities are clean and well maintain.
Worst post office I have ever been to. They are only open from 10-4 Monday through Friday, and 9-1 on Saturday. During these times, there is usually only 1 person working the counter, causing long lines. I have never been there when there have been less than 8 people waiting. Wait times range from 20-45 minutes.
One of the worst places to send/recieve mail. The staff members are very rude, and the place is a complete and utter mess. I recomend that you should go to the fedex store in kapolei. Their services are far more better than this piece-of-thrash store.
I avoid going in to the post office as much as possible. The line is always long and out the door. The hours of operation are rediculous. They open at 10am. One line and one clerk for everything, stamps, parcel pick up, and to ship.
Welcoming employees, greeted with smiles and made me feel as member of ohana. Wait time is expected long, due to 2 service windows.
