I had radiant chase for my propert manger she,has been awesome,nice kind friendly and most of all helpful .i would recommend her if your looking to rent she a,great property manager .if something goes wrong in your unit she callls to get it fixed right away. .love it
I am a property owner and my agent was Radiant. Initially, she worked well but lately, she was not communicating and was very rude and unprofessional. She did not follow up with a tenant who moved out and left an inoperable vehicle in parking stall and she wanted me to pay for any related expenses. To top it off, she rented the unit recently for 6 months instead of a year, without asking me. Totally unprofessional. I chose to discontinue the services with this company. Cori has been extremely helpful in helping me to transition out. I would not do business with Radiant again. I have worked with a few other companies but have not seen such poor service.
My husband is in the military and this property management company has been very good to us, we have been with them for 5+ years. They are Amazing, excellent customer service, detailed and always on it. Mahalo for all the Aloha. Having to move around to different states, Kapolei Realty has been by far the best property management company we have had.
