I got there 15 minutes early before the time of my appointment but I waited over an hour and a half. And to make it worst, the person without an appointment (a walk- in) got helped first. Very disappointed.
Extremely good Vet Clinic
I had my first visit last week and is so pleased with the communication with my dog Kaika and with me. They are so thorough, compassionate and understanding and up to date with their computers, right in the room like regular Doctors visits. . I'm so happy I changed Vets after 8 years of going to Animal House in Ewa Beach. I didn't know this excellent service existed. Thank You VCA Kapolei Animal Clinic, Please don't ever change.
Awesome place great service and people who actually care
I went in with my 3 yr old rescued dog Nugget. She is still afraid of people, especially males. Dr. Bader sat on the floor for awhile and let her get used to him, had treats in hand.... He was wonderful with her and although Nugget was nervous he was able to pick her up and take her for tests. She is in good hands with VCA! Great vets and staff.
