The milk teas are great, and the fruit smoothies are amazing. I'm a huge papaya guy so that is my go-to drink.
My wife and I LOVE this place. They are unique because they have an open toppings bar. Basically, you get your cup (small or large) and you go to the bar and load up whatever you want. They have a good selection from mini tapioca balls, lychee jelly, multiple flavored poppers, custard, etc. There are lines on the cups to indicate how much you can fill up to (up to the first line is free anything above cost extra).

Hula Boba does tend to charge more than average, but I have yet to have a bad experience with staff or receive a bad drink.
A favorite place for bubble tea. There are two cup sizes (small size is plenty), and you serve your own toppings before ordering your tea flavor. Regular and flavored teas as well as milk teas and smoothies are available, and sugar level is adjustable. Prices are good for the size of the drink. Definitely a place to check out!
Very nice staff, tasty boba, fun to scoop your own toppings. The small size boba was huge, definitely enough. Black milk tea with no added sugar was sweet enough for me.
