It's nice to know there's a retail store that sells clothes, shoes ,beddings and household stuff here in Kapolei (besides Walmart kapolei) and it opens till late =))
It's larger than the other Ross I've been to. Clean, clothes are not all over the place. Can't say much about the variety of clothes. They basically have the same clothing. Nice store stays open til 11:30
Several times, the cashiers said they ran out of bags.
As with most Ross', you can't take the shopping card out of their store. which is a huge hassle for me when I'm with my baby.
Everything you can expect from a ross store. Good deals you just need to hunt for it. Check out was quick. Only 2 people in line and 2 registers open. Cashier in customer service was friendly.
decently sized store. However, I have had several bad experiences here. Staff often is very snobby and they just have an angry look on their face instead of smiling.
