Consumer beware. The so called dentist aka doctor at this location is a butcher's and they have no idea how to medically treat their patients. I came in to check a loose tooth and walked out having a root canal on another tooth. A Caucasian butcher is the person that gave me root canal that went bad. Got my tooth done in Thursday and on Sat the same tooth he operated on shattered to pieces. Come to find out i had to pull that tooth vs getting a root canal. Came in to see Lisa and all she could offer me was to smooth it down and tell me that I need to pull the tooth. Why even give me a root canal to begin with when I needed to pull the tooth as was stated by Lisa on my first visit with the dentist aka butcher's?
Very nice receptionist and staff. They fit me in at 5pm which is rare in any dental office. Dr. Brandon answered all my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. On an unrelated note, the parking lot sucks but I would come back anyway.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff, friendly service from everyone! It's a very comfortable atmosphere when Dr. Brandon and all the assistants are so friendly. I don't feel like I'm going to a typical dentist appointment, it's more like going to visit friends who just happen to work on your teeth.
The receptionist needs to fix her attitude. Extremely condescending with an attitude under that fake smile. More concerned about other people kids than taking care if patients. A customer left their kid for her to watch while the mother left and the grandma was left at the dentist office. The receptionist was babysitting the baby. First of all I don't understand how and why a mother would leave her child with a stranger. Second the receptionist seemed more in to babysitting than actually servicing clients.
The ladies there are wonderful ! It was my first time there and i was greeted immediately as i walked through the door, and as soon as i finished my paper work i was taken right in ! I went im to do examine my wisdom teeth and to my surprise not only where they quick and thorough with my exam she even offered to squeeze me in to get it done then and there ! Unfortunately i declined do to my busy schedule but she didnt mind my appointment was quickly set a few of the girls had even helped me with some other teeth i have been experiencing problems with and together they went ahead and set a free examination to look further into those teeth and fit it in with my wisdoms to have 2 more teeth to extract with out having to pay ! I must say these ladies have givene the best experience at the dentist ! Ive had really bad experiences (being that a cracked tooth i have which they will fix was caused by a previous dentist performing a root cnaal but not capping or sealing it causing my tooth to crack in half while eating a butterfinger) and thats y i dont visit the dentist much but im happy to see these ladies warming smiles next week to start a new journey on fixing my teeth agter 10 years of hiding from dentist !
To the people of Hawaii. Avoid this butcher shop. I am turning them in to the appropriate medical department. Also I am going to involve action line and social media to ensure they do not butcher another person again.
Best service i’ve had!. The ladies there are very welcoming and professional. I would recommend people to go there if they are looking for a dentist :)(:
