The entire staff is great! They all have positive attitudes & extremely friendly w/excellent Customer service. No pressure environment & a clean, organized store offering the latest in cellphone tech & really affordable deals. Highly recommend this location based on the terrific management team & all the employees I had the pleasure of interacting with.
I want to give a BIG Shout Out to "J.R." for helping me on two occasions. My first Samsung Note 5 got water damage and he helped me try to activate my old S3 while I waited for my replacement phone. He tried his best, but unfortunately my phone was obsolete that software didn't support it. Although it didn't work, his efforts to get it going was very satisfying for me. He helped me file my claim online and it arrived the next day. The 2nd time was my phone was acting "stupid" after "I" activated it. After explaining the issues I was experiencing, he fixed what took me 4 days getting frustrated with. Thanks J.R., you're the Bomb!!!!! I will recommend people to see you and Sprint for their cell phone needs. It's service like this that keeps me a Loyal customer. ❤
