Yesterday I went to the store because my phone screen turned white and I couldn't use it. I went to the store 3 times because I couldn't upgrade since they haven't taken out my old phone on my account but they are doing something about it. I really needed a phone and I was doing everything I could and figure out how can I get a replacement it was a little bit stressful but Joanna from Tmobile Kapolei did her best to help me. I am very very satisfied with her customer service. She is really helpful from the start until I got my new phone. She even talk to Tmobile operator and really convince them I I really needed a phone. Before I went to the store the 3rd time I talked to her on the phone because I wanted her to help me. She is really nice and helpful. Keep up the good work Joanna. Thank you so much for your help!
I go to this T-Mobile store and Zach takes care of all my phone issues. He is so smart about the phones and resolves any of my past issues with dealing with junk workers or T-Mobile customer service. Go and see him. He treats you like family!
