The Account Representative Cherish is an Awesome employee of the Company. This woman deserves a Raise and highly recommended to see her for any banking/ financial assistance. My rating for Cherish is a 5+ Star. Corporate and Human Resources need to be aware and notified her Excellent Customer Service. ONLY CHERISH Deserves an Awesome Reward and Raise for all she is whole-heartedly doing to increase customer service skills and further the future of the company. We all need winners like her to be the face of this company.

LOL! They have NO idea what they're doing! We came in for a small car loan, and the lady who was helping us turned her computer around and asked us how to print things/do things on her computer. The people who work here have no personality, don't smile, seem annoyed when communicating with you, and when you say "Hi, how are you?" They just go on with, "What do you need today..." Very disappointed with their service.

Was a great financial institution years ago, however I went to the mainland for a few years and left my account dormant with $1000 in it. When I went to retrieve my money, Hawaii USA had charged me over $30 a month for a "returned mail" fee. Apparently instead of changing my address to the one they had been notified of, or contacting me via email or cell phone, they felt it was in their best interest to begin charging my account. I would never do business with them again due to this blatant theft.
