I also had times when I expected a package and needed it RIGHT AWAY (I missed the delivery to my house due to me being at work). I kept calling the store asking if it was delivered yet and to make it easier on me, they said they'd call me when it came in. They indeed called me properly and I drove over right away.
Very friendly staff. I don't often ship things out or anything so when I had to return something purchased online, I had some questions.
I brought the box to the store, still opened and not taped up. I even had the printed return label. I had no idea if I had to just give it all to the UPS people or if I had to pack the box up myself. Let's just say the staff explained everything kindly and even packed up my box and adhered the label to the box themselves. They told me they would help me out since it was my first time. However, for future reference, you have to do it yourself. haha.
The most professional and courteous people in Hawaii. They have helped me through thick and thin. My friend has used them for business for a long time. He only goes with the best. So I followed suit and couldn't be more pleased. I have used UPS Store before elsewhere and was pleased as well. I will not use anything else. Awesome! Aloha dwells here.
We asked Heather and her team to help us develop the program for the Na Koa Wounded Warrior Regatta VIP Reception and the job was nothing short of outstanding. The program itself exceeded my expectation and the entire experience was terrific. It was a real pleasure to work with a great group of professionals. Location is great with plenty of parking. Highly recommended!
