The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
Me and my boyfriend order a ring from the store the lady told us 4 to 5 weeks, it’s already one month and half. We called to the store 4 times to check what is the status and the workers said they going to call us back because they shipping it from the mainland. We didn’t got phone call again!! we call today and the boss of the store told us she don’t know who delivered the ring so she need to find out... it’s terrible we pay for something and they playing with us, and we waiting for the ring to get married... just think twice before you buy something from there!
