We went bed shopping and walked into Bed Mart. The sales person Donna Cadiente welcomed us and answered questions we had. Donna was kind and very patient with us as we went from bed to bed. I was very impressed with Donna when she mentioned that the store in town, has a smartMatch technology system that would ask us questions and fit us to a bed or help us find a match. Usually when we walk into a place like this we are bombarded with sales people wanting to make a sale. Donna wanted the best for us and was willing to send the sale elsewhere. We ended up with a bed of our choosing and very happy with our purchase. Customer Service was 100+% and Maria Higa also was very welcoming, offered water and her input on the types of beds available. We will be back for a twin bed within the next 6 months☺️☺️☺️ Thank you.
