Bad enuff my car was rear ended.....car was towed to them.when i went to pick my car up....the front of the car was totaled by them.treated me like i was trash.recorded the whole conversation.ill get the last laugh soon.
Don't get your car stolen because All Island Towing is the armpit of Satan it ends up in. They treat you like your the criminal. Not to mention you have to pay $160 to get your car out. Seems like the city has a contract with them.
I would give negative stars.
If you as for any kind of assistant they put you on hold until you give up
Trying to track down who had towed my car was like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. They claimed they didn't have it, and gave me a number to another place who also didn't have it. I had to call the police station to find out that it was All Island Automotive that had it. Once I had confirmation from the police that they had the car, All Island still couldn't find it. They did eventually call me back to say they had found it and they in fact, did have it. Great! Now moving forward to retrieve the car, I get the same run around AGAIN. Seriously?? They once again "found it", and when I asked where it is, I find out that they towed it to the furthest lot away from me, racking up a $275 tow fee, not including any time it spent on the lot. $275 just to tow?? This place is about as shady as they come.
Worst customer service I have ever seen.
