Every single month my payments are late from these people. They claim, holidays, weekends, even a change in address, given to them 3 WEEKS before a payment date, causes a late payment. I call them almost every month asking them why my payment isn't on time and it is LITERALLY a different reason EVERY month. My ex husband is military so CSEA gets paid 6 sometimes 8 days before I do. They say it takes 4 days just to process the money... I wish I never had to deal with these people and had the option to deal with the military directly. They have HORRIBLE customer service and an excuse for everything... I'm constantly struggling with late fees due to late bills... I had to start all over after my divorce and don't have a high paying job so this is the help I need for me and my daughter... Every month Im stressed, scared and sad I'll lose my home or my car because I can't keep up with the late fees.

Large convenient public parking lot for conducting business at reasonable cost $1 per hour. Street parking available, but with long walk involved. Nice facility clearly labeled rooms.
The workers are very polite and helpful.
