Terrible. Won't go back. Waiter didn't say more than 10 words to us, until after we finished eating when he apologized for forgetting the glass of wine. I said thank you for everything he brought out he never even acknowledged it. Forgot the bread, forgot my wife's glass of wine. My burger was lukewarm and soggy from all the grease. Best part about it was the slice of tomato. Would have been better off with a burger from Wendy's. My wife got a salad and and a baked potato. The salad looked great but she said it tasted "funny" and the croutons were soggy. She ate about half of her small baked potato and she it wasn't good but at least he remembered no bacon bits. At one point we looked over at our waiter, who was the bartender, because we needed our drinks refilled and he was leaning over the touch screen ordering machine playing on his phone.
Very disappointed with my meal! Not worth the price we paid! $22. For 5 baby back ribs! (1/2) a rack?? A very over cooked dry dry piece of chicken! And the meal was called a platter!?!? Really? Oh and a scoop of watery rice. Ate
Our server Brad was awesome. Hadn't been to OBS in over 15 years because of bad expiriences. Great comeback.
Our current visit was very pleasant. We had wonderful service and the food was perfect!
two bites from it. Seems that over the years that we've faithfully patronized that restaurant the quality has been lost!! The dessert..chocolate brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream was the best part of our meal! But..really, $10.00 for that!? So so sad! My husband said we aren't ever returning there ever again!! We did both agree however that our server was very pleasant and friendly tricked and uphold my order of my asking for sauteed mushrooms..but he insisted on the deep fried mushrooms $5.00 more than the sauteed ones I kept repeating in my order.. sorry but I hope the food gets improved, and maybe just maybe I might try another visit..
Been to this spot a couple times and it's pretty great. The steak is always incredible. No wait time on a Wednesday night. The $9.99 Wednesday special is $14.99 in Hawaii....just saying. Service is good. All the waiter and waitresses are very nice and the manager is funny...but they take a while to get water. Other than that, great spot.
