That's the reason I joined Sam's club, they always have a lot of different tire sizes in stock, $80 off 4 Good Year tires.
Probably shouldn't list a phone #. Tried a dozen times the first day, no answer. Tried a couple days later, no answer. I get being busy, but at least have a message, something. Frustrating.
Worst service ever. Already paid for tires, called and was told tires were in and just had to drop vehicle off. Showed up at 0700 to drop vehicle off an I have been standing in a line for almost an hour. (Still in line) I already missed two other appointments. Literally have one guy at the counter for 2 minutes with no one at the counter for 10 minutes. Do not recommend Costco for tire service.
Service very bad until ask to speak with general manager. tire manager push me out to Waipio store until some one get to help and had my tire change. you need new tire manager in Kapolei
Called for a rate on tires and they were no way helpful. I didn't know the size of my tires so they said they couldn't help me. Called Lex Broadies in Waipahu and they did the most in getting me an estimate. I didn't even give them the size for my tires. No customer service at Costco - Kapolei.
