Very good service. They even give a military discount. Its located in the same shopping area as Safeway and AT&T.
Great local service that I use regularly. Napa is always a little pricier than other auto parts stores, but the great friendly service makes up for it.
These you know whats said they could tell I installed a part and wouldn't take a return starter that was one day old and perfect. They couldn't or wouldn't show me where they could tell. Said technicians will just know! Stuck me with $180 uneeded part with no core. I'll never go there again!
Very helpful staff always in good cheer and knowledgeable. as to person listening into pvt conversations maybe if they weren't listening on PVT conversation then they wouldn't be offended. I have never experienced negitive langauge or attitude in Kapolei Auto parts I am in there atleast once every week.
