I went to FANTASTIC SAMS in kapolei today for a quick haircut. Wrote my name down on waiting list with nobody waiting inside but me wondering wow it's my lucky day. Double checked the list too see how many people probably put or called to put their names down for an appointment in front of me and there was two. While I was waiting another girl put her name down on the list and ask the boy how long the wait was and he said there shouldn't be a wait. Ok so 2 more customers came in assuming those were the 2 on the list before me, so they were next before me, then 2 more walked in and wrote there names down then they were next. At this time it was 30 minutes me and the girl looked at each other and started to shake our heads like what's going on. Then the lady finally called my name and I was like "yes" finally it's my turn! She sat me down to get me ready to shampoo my hair and then someone calls her on the phone to ask if they can come in half an hour, she walks over to me and says ooh sorry I had and appointment and then takes the guy who walked in after me who wrote his name on the list. I stood up all pissed off and told them to cancel my appointment and walk out. Went to Regis walked right in and they helped me in 5 minutes. Paid a little more for terrific service but would go back to REGIS in KAPOLEI Never going back to Fantastic Sams in Kapolei!! Bad service!
