It was the worst mistake I have ever made going to this place. They gave a disgusting dye and it looks like my four year old did it.
I am shocked at the previous reviews I see on here. I have been going here for about 5 years and have never seen the manager or anyone else in the salon be disrespectful...even to a client complaint.(of which I am sure there are few) These are some of the most professional people I've come across in their business and seem to go above and beyond for all of their clients. They are continually talking about education classes that they are attending and changing my hair without a problem anytime I've wanted a "new do". The hours that seem to be posted on here are also wrong. I am a professional that has to make appointments on the weekends too and I know the hours on Sundays are 9 to 5!
A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I just moved to Oahu, and I was a little stressed about finding a new hairdresser (so stressed that I hadn't cut my hair in 7 months). This salon totally put me at ease! The entire staff is so friendly, and all of the customers were smiling and happy. Brittani was wonderful! She listened to my long explanation of what I wanted, did exactly what I asked for, and made it look even better than I imagined. I will definitely be back!
P.S. I booked my appointment ahead of time, and had no problems getting in that same week.
OMG! Absolutely hands down Claudia gave me the BEST haircut I have ever had! I have went through nightmare after nightmare at other salons and I was so scared going in to the salon to get my latest nightmare fixed. Not only did Claudia do a phenomenal job on fixing an absolute nightmare but she quickly put me at ease in her chair. She earned my business for as long as she's here! Her hub is military so not sure how long she will be here so I would definitely see her while you can! THANK U
I had my hair highlighted here by Jordan. She did a great job! And was patient and friendly while foiling my thick hair. Very satisfied!
