Tried to make an appointment to get my hair cut and colored, i have a pretty open schedule and the lady I talked to had no idea what she was doing. Every time we would get a time set she would say "oh no you don't have enough time for both would you like a cut or color more?" What! Both.... make the time that's why I'm calling in an appointment! Piss poor service before I even get in the door.
My haircut was perfect, it was exactly what I wanted. The stylist took her time, and listened to what I wanted. The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere.
Wonderful place and people. They do everything to make your visit special. Aveda hair products for curly hair are my favs. Nikki always gives me a perfect cut and style. If I were rich she would be my personal stylist!! So lucky to have this salon in Kapolei.
Terrible haircut and color done .. then went back and Brie helped fix it, she fixed my color only. Color turned out great but my initial haircut was terrible and has a long road of growing out. GM decided to not care or reimburse me for hair cut just full of why the salon needs the money and stylist. No care for the customer and the time I had to come back and money spent and tipping stylist twice. Never never going back due to the GM and how she runs her business ..bad business
