Overall: I wouldn't go out my to eat here, it's a disappointment. I would prefer Panda Express over this place any day of the week for lunch. Giving a rating of two stars is being kind, I was on the fence from one to two stars as a rating.

I've been here before and the price for the food for what they give you is pretty good, regardless of its quality. The service however is way behind on anything acceptable. There's no name plates on each item so you don't really know what you're ordering unless you ask. Anyway if you're going to Chun Wah avoid the kapolei location like the plague.

Went in there around 1pm. Crowd of people waiting on the long chairs and standing. Meanwhile only 1 person actively working. I pull a number and it was 48, it was currently on 28. Behind the person working are maybe 2 others in the background walking around aimlessly who don't seem to be cashiers and are not really doing anything.

Food is good, service is not bad, price is ok, BUT, they need better planning on quantity. They run out too fast and you are forced to chose something else and they just opened! Next, after lunch around 2-3pm your choices is cut in half and it only gets worse. It's like they are a lunch only restaurant but stays open until the rest is sold. Bad business.

Why don't they cook enough Chow fun? 3 times I've went just for chow fun and always out and there not making anymore

If it's busy.... Grab your number first then look at your choices while you're waiting for them too call your number to serve you.

This is my second visit in six months and I'm not impressed. I wanted to give it a second chance but it validated my first visit, it's a disappointment. Reading the rat you would think this is the best place in Kapolei, but it's really not.

Food: first off it was warm not hot. The steam trays keep it warmer than room temperature. The servings are huge (over kill), it's definitely quantity over quality. One plate can have up to four entrees and two starches piled over each other. The taste is what you would expect at a mall, very average. I've had better Chinese food at a food court.

They finally call the next number and no one responds. Then another number; no response. Turns out these number holders probably bounced because they were fed up waiting for theyvwerehat long. Meanwhile a lady and her mother who were standing waiting were finally called, by the time they got up there and looked to see what they wanted, the poor mom had trouble standing and looked as if she was about to faint. Luckily some other nice customer got a chair from the dining area and gave it to t he older lady to sit down. I left afterward as I didn't have all afternoon to order food.
