It's like any other Jack in the Box.
I hesitate to go to this jack in the box, but it's one of the only late night places open in Kapolei. Well, after having my drive thru order messed up on three consecutive occasions, I basically stopped going there. After several months, I found myself hungry on the way home. I figured I would just check the order before I leave to make sure it's right. Well, I get there and there are four customers ahead of me. After about 25 minutes, I finally make it to the order screen. The lady comes on and asks what I want. I tell her my order. I proceed forward and get to the payment counter about 15-20 minutes later. She didn't even have my order! What a waste of my time. I can't believe the incompetence here. Avoid this place at all costs!
