Customer service was excellent! Manager or owner came around asking how everything was and gave us some ideas foe things to do around the area. He also have my family some cinnyums (so good!) Pizza was also really good, would go back!
The customer service was fantastic. We were comped garlic bread for letting a person order ahead of us. The table next to us was not pleased, and rather than let the family sulk, they made them another pizza free of charge. Awesome to see that they did that.
We ordered a pick-up order here because it had such good reviews, but our experience turned out to be AWFUL. We called and ordered one Hawaiian pizza for take out, gave them our phone number, DID NOT tell them where we were staying, and she said we could pay when we got there, it would be about 30 minutes. We show up about 40 min later and we are passed off to three different employees, each saying they're "getting our pizza". 10 minutes later a guy comes over saying there's no record of our order. Fine. We order again, he tells us that we should have paid over the phone, but we weren't given that option, so we pay at the counter. He brings us free garlic knots (hence 2 stars) and then we get a call from a DRIVER saying he can't find our hotel room. We never told them where we were staying!! So I go up to the counter and the guys says "we'll just give you both pizzas" 45 minutes later we are still waiting in the restaurant and they are all behind the register standing around talking, so my husband asks about our pizza. It had been sitting on the "delivery side" for god knows how long!! Never found out what happened with the other pizza they were supposed to make. By this time I was just exhausted, so 2 HOURS after originally ordering we went back to the hotel and ate our $30 cold pizza with cheese stuck to the top of the box. YUM.
The pizza wasn't half bad. Just a heads up the sauce can be a lil sweet, which was fine to us. The wait time wasn't extreme, and the selection was decent.
Very satisfied with the meal here. Great portions, pizza was tasty and not greasy and they even threw in some garlic knots out of kindness because their pasta machine was broken and that was our first choice. Very friendly staff. Will return and try some additional pizzas and pastas there.
