Our only real reason to give it a 4-Star was because they had NO draft beer… who runs out of ALL of their draft beer? I was very much looking forward to the hoppy goodness of a cold IPA, but my dreams were short-lived. Outside of that, the food was pretty good and decent “island” prices. Our waiter Brandon was very nice and kept us satisfied. We were very pleased with the lanai atmosphere and the comfy seats! The wait time seems to be getting better and we only waited about 20-25 minutes to be sat (just 2 of us). Hey owner… if you’re reading this, we’ll gladly return if there is a beer incentive :)
Our wait was shorter then expected. They were great at.moving the crowds. The outside seating is more comfortable then inside plus there was live music on Sunday...w/2 local musicians, nice mellow sound, very enjoyable. Our Server was quite good...Drinks we're a bit expensive but tasted good, Food was a little pricey too but portions are really good and very delicious...not to mention the desserts... a nice variety of cheesecakes... of course...my favorite was the Banana creme cheesecake and the Mango lime cheesecake was delicious too... Very enjoyable evening overall!!
During this time of year it is extra busy. With all the holiday shoppers eating out. However the service we received at the side counter for take out on the yummy slices was nothing less than great and friendly. I really enjoyed the carrot cake slice and my daughter loved her fudge cake slice. I usually don't make it to dessert, so this time I only got dessert! I will go back for more.
We shared mini crab cake app and cheese flat bread pizza with little garden salads. The food we ordered was fantastic & delicious! We sat at the bar and also had cocktails. We had hopes of saving room for cheese cake but it didn’t happen. Service was perfect! Much better than the first week they were open. Such a large variety of apps., salads and entrees! They have awesome chefs and everything I had both times I was there was excellent! I’m going to give them five stars and two snaps up!!!
The food is amazing! Every dish we had was delicious, we'd expect nothing less of Cheesecake Factory! The surroundings are like that of a five-star restaurant, however the Ambiance is light and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone for a casual meal or a professional Gathering. This Cheesecake Factory is much smaller compared to the one in Waikiki. Service was quick and very friendly. A little more on the expensive side but well worth it.
