City Services have improved in my experience.
Is great not to drive to Honolulu for service. In special the DMV is super fast.
NOT efficient & lack of communication! Do something - contact me if you need additional verification! I renewed my DL. After 4 wks, I still didn't get my DL. I called the office for 2 days but no answer. I went down the office and found out that my application still sitting on someone's WQ waiting to be released- needing marriage cert validation which I brought the day I renewed.... So the cashier told the guy sitting on the first door office to release my application cos they have all the info needed in the first place & then came back & told me that I should get my DL within a week. It's an adl 2 weeks past & I still don't have it. Annoying!
Came here to do my early voting. Line was long. Spent an hour of my Saturday just standing in line.
At least now I know that they will do the little Christmas tree displays here during the holidays. Something that I want to check out with the kiddo.

Very efficient and quick service.
Very rude and unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for my wife to get her licences with them. Gave them our marriage certificate which the state gave us. They told me that my official marriage certificate was not valid, and then that they can't help me and when I asked for her supervisor she closed here station . Went to the DMV in Honolulu and they processed it no issues. Don't waste your time with people who don't know how to do the job.
Changed title to our cars and service was quick and complete.
