I would like to say first I am not a customer of aloha. I own my own company and we received a shipment from them. Once we started unwrapping furniture we noticed their method they use to get money out of their customers. 6 paper pads on one ladder is excessive costs upwards of $15 just to wrap the ladder now imagine the price of a whole truck with too many pads. Next we were unpacking the boxes they packed and they left half rolls of paper in the boxes at least 8 half rolls. We charge $10 a roll so that is $40 of waste. All the boxes did not get unpacked I can only imagine how much more was left in the box.
This is the worst moving comany. The staffs don't care the customers. No one communicate. The time line are far off the schedule.
The company gave me a time frame for packing my home from 1pm to 3pm. First off, this is my 5th move and never has anyone shown up that late in the day to packout my HHG, ever. They call that day at 2pm to say they're still packing out the other house. Other house?! They won't be here until 4 PM. They don't call me until 5:30 PM to say they aren't coming and will be here between 8 and 9am the next morning. Its almost 9am and they aren't here and I have not received a phone call. They're customer service severely lacks as well as the management of their resources. Why are they scheduling two homes to be packed out in the same day by the same team?!
This company has no respect for their customers time and lacks in communication! The worst experience I have had with any company before. If you know you are not ad fast as you like to quote than learn to quote accurate time frames, better to quote an accurate time frame then quote a shorter time frame only to have to reschedule 3 times. If you are going to be hours late why dont you call your customer to inform them instead of having them wait around all day not knowing what is going on. AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Shame on the owner and shame on the crew it is disgusting how they took advantage of their customers. I would watch these guts with a magnafing glass. They say there are no snakes in Hawaii but I know there are a few at aloha international
If you are trying to ship something from Hawaii to Michigan through Aloha International Moving, it is going to take you more than 2 months. I got mine shipped on August 2nd, And I havnt receive anything until OCT 6th.
