I was in need of a storage unit to store my seasonal items. Made a reservation online and was helped by Selina at the location. I recommend this facility to anyone in need, because its very clean with good security and plenty of packing material to purchase for your move. The online process was fast and simple, the staff efficient and knowledgeable, the price reasonable and cheaper than the other storage I checked on. Serena was a great help in my transaction to downgrade to a smaller unit when I moved my big items out. Thanks for fixing the a/c on the 3rd floor...wonderful! I needed a decent sized unit that didn’t break the bank. I first went to Hawaii Self Storage and they were good but the units were small and pricey.
Selina, the store manager, made my experience with Extra Storage a pleasant and easy one. She made sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the unit I chose. I then came to extra space and was greeted by Selina. She explained everything perfectly and showed me around the site and units. The units were drive up, which I loved because of the ease of access and unloading. The best thing is the unit was huge and I even got lucky with the first month free promotion!
