Love Envy Eyes and Wax! Tammy and her crew are very friendly and professional. The spa is very clean and Zen! I've had massages, lash extensions and waxing done with several of the technicians I always feel like a princess when I walk away. They also sell great products.
I enjoyed the quaintness of this place it is quiet relaxing and sweet I come for my services feel relaxed setting appointments is easy
The staff are very lovely and pleasant people but I have run into too many issues here. Being that this shop is in my neighborhood I was ecstatic I could walk to get my eyebrows done. First issue I made and Appt with the owner and 20 minutes later I said something to the host and she rushed and thinned my arch. Second issue the owner did my eyebrows once again for $20 and made one eyebrow shorter then the other forcing me to come home and put make up on them. And the last strike I had Rachel and once again one eyebrow shorter than the other after I mentioned constantly what happened the last visit. After she messed it up she then stated possible solutions; however, these solutions should have been discussed before I paid $18 and had to come home to put make up on it again. After having another short eyebrow their card machine was messing up and I was charged 4 times for the service. No one ever called to keep me notified on the situation even thought that's what I was told. I will never go back!!!! I did not have this eyebrow issue until I started going to them. They may be good with massages I don't know, but they WOULD NOT be my first choice for anything involving wax.
Vicky is amazing at what she does. My body has been extremely sore from work. After visiting her today I feel like a new man. Highly recommended.
