Had coffee and tea at the coffee shop within the resort. Tasted great, reasonable prices, unbeatable atmosphere. Staff friendly and attentive. Elevated views of the pool, lagoon, and ocean. Live music at the restaurant below was beautiful. Furniture/seating was plush and comfortable.
Came to Four Seasons just for dinner at La Hiki Kitchen. The resort was beautiful, but this is solely based on the restaurant. Service was great from start to finish, but the food was mediocre. I went with the preset menu with the surf and turf as my entree. Everything leading up to the entree was good, but for the surf and turf, the lobster was better than the steak. The steak was bland and mine was overcooked. Dessert was good as well. Overall, it was better than average, but I hear that Sunday Brunch is to die for. Will be back for that next time.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Four Seasons, O’ahu. The room was beautiful, food was great, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and seemed to love their jobs. The Sunday brunch of fresh lobster, shrimp and steak was totally worth it. Also, if you have kids, check out the Kids for All Seasons - Sam there was amazing and always smiling, remembering the names of all the kids, and working extra hard even for the evening events. The pools are right by the beach, and the adult and family pools are separate, which is nice for those without children, i am sure. Thank you for a great stay!
I dined in with family at Likina restaurant downstairs. The food was good, but the service was slow. By the time we actually ate was a little over an hour from the time we sat in. They gave house bread, but wasn't enough for the party. Requested for more, but the bread never came. As they brought out the food, I asked for the status on the bread, they said they had to make a new batch and will bring it out when it's ready. Almost done with my food, I asked for the bread, and they said they ran out and will bring when the next batch is ready. I was done with my food and no additional bread came. Other than that, the place is nice and very clean. They just need to work on service.
Top Notch...Rooms and services are amazing. Unfortunately close to Aulani Disney but the Four Season is amazing. Recommend going to the shops down the street for a few meals to lower your costs. The spa was great and beach was fun. We did a ton of scuba diving and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Take a walk down the path for a few miles to enjoy a bit of the surroundings as well. The Island ICE Tea is great:)
